Appeal Procedure
Как участник обжалва решение на оценяващия и в какъв срок получава отговор.
1. Purpose of the Document
To provide a system of handling and processing appealing against assessment decision.
2. Scope of the Document
This procedure applies to the Company — Manager, Administrator, Instructors. Managers, Administrator and Instructors shall follow this procedure.
3. Definitions and abbreviations

4. Procedure description
A copy of the appeals procedure will be made available to the course participants before the training starts.
In the event that a course participant does not meet the stated learning objectives, the instructor must provide him/her with an opportunity to appeal against the assessor’s decision. Card No 7.3.3 F — Appeal Form will be provided to initiate and document the procedure.
The Administrator is responsible to assist in the process and ensure that all relevant information is collected.
The Company Management aims to give a decision on an appeal within 3 to 4 days of receipt — or sooner if there is urgency — but decisions may be delayed. We try to prioritize urgent cases, but it may not always be possible to provide a quicker response. Your request will be considered.
